Mate my knuckles cry every time I get it out of the box  It's not going to be easy given I can not fit the PSU until the GPU is in. That makes it a real foogin PITA.

I sent the cables away a couple of days ago to Shakmods. No idea when they will be ready but I have a feeling that actually building it is going to be an exercise in patience.

I'm going to be making a large cover panel for the inside because obviously there is no cable management and nowhere to hide wires. So basically something shaped like this.

Yeah can imagine they do mate, I'd lose my rag trying to build in a tiny case :)

That cover panel should make it look proper tidy, even smaller lol.

OK so today I got more done. First of all here is the hard drive mount that holds the two 2.5" drives. It originally only held one, but I made some plates from acrylic.

I will obviously be painting the screw heads in black. OK so next up I needed two cover panels for the rig. One is to cover where I accidentally cut out for cable relief, the other is a general cover panel which will hide all of the messy wiring. So mark.

And then cut.

They will be covered maybe later on today. Then I can set up the plotter and do all of the graphics :)

Know what dude I actually forgot all about the build myself. Every time I've been done working on it I put it back in the box as it's so small and easy to chuck around. Last week or so I've been a bit tom and dick so I just forgot all about it until the cables came back lol.

I'm not going to go mad now. The large cover plate has been scrapped and I'll just be making a PSU cover and leaving it there. Now my aim is to get GTAV on it and hook it up into our 65" TV come monitor. Hoping that Social Club is able to cloud the save games so I can switch between my 4k rig and the TV when I CBA to sit at my desk.

That reminds me, gotta buy a wireless 360 controller. I bought the receiver (Nath linked me to one on Ebay) ages ago but forgot to pick up the controller.

I did some tests earlier by blowing vape into the bottom of the PC and within seconds it all came out of the top. The airflow is absolutely spot on in the rig and the two 120mm intakes I added have basically turned it into a wind tunnel :D

Ed. The rig with the side back on :) it's cool because it glows green from the GEFORCE logo :D
