Here is what happens if you need to do an RMA with Amazon.
- Just go on "Contact Amazon". Select the product you want to discuss. Select phone me.
- They call you and despatch a new item immediately.
- They give you instructions on how to send back the old one.
- If they no longer stock it, they will give you a full refund regardless of how much warranty is left! It doesn't matter who the manufacturer is.
