psu i ganna check as soon as i find a new one trying it in another system im also ganna do

Well let us know how you get on with the last two options, its a complete pain in the backside when you have to do extensive fault finding like this.

what i did was take out the card from the pci card slot and took out the power cabels and did turn the pc on and then of conected the 2 cabels and put it in to the pci slot no bsod after that

Possibly a bad seat in the pci slot then - it happens :)
