EK SUPREMACY EVO ELITE NOT SITTING FLAT ON CPU

I am wondering if this (in the pic) is a problem as when i went to install the block the standard way with the supplied fittings from EK it was not sitting flat on the cpu as in the pic you can clearly see the daylight between the straight edge and the waterblock. http://i1267.photobucket.com/albums...

Well after some mucking around i found that i really never had physx turned off after all. Hello again, does anyone here still play Black Flag and if so could someone tell me if they can run this game without stuttering.I have this game and for the life of me i cannot run this game on a 980ti with a cpu being 3960x without stutter,and just when i think the stutter goes away it comes back....

I changed my game over to unity and it runs a lot better than black flag believe it or not. I think its more optimized for today's cards. Shame really because i prefer black flag.I have black flag on ps4 so i can get my fix there.Unity runs well on ultra settings and i am now thinking of getting bet...

With the new card is it advisable to do a clean install of my drivers and remove older one's with "driver sweeper" or could i just remove the old 690 card and put the new 980ti in.This is the first time i have replaced a card like this.

I ended up going with the Asus Strix 980ti so now i will be able to play Unity without the stuttering. :D Thanks for your help Scotchjock as you put me on the right track.

Hi guys, its been a while but i am ready to buy again and the card i have chosen is the 980ti but i was just wondering which is the more reliable card for heat and noise. I am not to bothered on overclocking, just as long as the heat and noise are to a minimum.It will be great to get away from a 2gb...
